Hi, I’m Emma – a Melbourne-based freelance curriculum developer, copywriter and content creator.

I’ve been working for years in the education industry (following a brief legal career and time out to focus on raising my amazing four children) and I’m passionate about creating engaging content for the classroom.

You can find examples of my lesson presentations at Cool.org (here’s a few of my favourites: ‘The Land of Chocolate‘, ‘Shakespeare: The Original Viral Superstar‘ and ‘World War II: Fighting on Every Front‘).

For a sample of my style (and to get to know me a little better), check out The Very Cranky Mummy (my personal blog) or the Articles page.

In my spare time I’m slowly bringing to life a fictional Middle Grade series – The Mastery Chronicles – which champions kids to embark upon a self-discovery adventure of their own.

Reach out via the Contact page and let’s chat!

Testimonials

“ I have greatly appreciated having Emma in my corner. She is a wonderfully talented writer who is so skilled at crafting what I am trying to say into a more succinct and powerful statement. Her research skills are extraordinary, especially her ability to find the gold nuggets amongst the dross, and her work rate legendary.  A true wordsmith with a keen mind, a deep faith and a delightful manner. Invaluable.”
